Mixing Liquid is used with Metallic Powder to form a water-based metallic liquid make-up.
Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, SD Alcohol 40-B (Alcohol Denat.), Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
